Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and send a few photos so we can resolve it quickly. No fuss, no hassle.

Items marked “Final Sale” or “New Life” are sold as-is and aren’t eligible for return.

How to start a return:

1. Sign in to your account: HERE
Find your order and click “Request Return”. Select your item, provide a reason, and submit.

2. Send us a separate email at support@moodformstudio.com with photos of your damaged product, including your order number, name, and email address.

3. Wait for approval: We’ll review your request and send you an email with our decision. If approved, the email will include the return address and a return label.

4. Ship Your item back- All Items and Original Packaging. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund back to your original payment method. Please allow 5 - 10 business days to appear in your account.
